ORDER

Select the product that you want to purchase, click on the "add to cart" button. You can see the contents of your basket by clicking on the basket icon at the top right. There you can change the number of ordered goods and delete the unnecessary. After adding the goods to the cart, you can proceed with the ordering process. After completing the form with the data of the buyer, proceed to payment.

PAYMENT

Payment is made through you the appropriate Internet bank. In the selection of two banks SWEDBANK, LHV and SEB. After the payment is made, an automatic confirmation of payment will be sent to your mail.

DELIVERY

Delivery of the purchased goods is made by the OMNIVA parcel machines. When placing an order, you need to select the appropriate parcel machine, where you want to receive the purchased goods. You can receive the message by means of the personal code of the cell, which is send to you via SMS or e-mail. After entering the code, the parcel machine opens the door of the corresponding cell where your parcel is. You can receive a parcel from the parcel machine every day 24 hours a day. If you do not arrive within seven days for the package, it will be sent back to the sender.

 

PURCHASE RETURNS

The private consumer has the right to return the purchased goods in 14 days. The returned goods must be in the original state. When returning the goods, all costs of return are borne by the seller. The price of the goods is returned no later than of 30 days from the day the seller has been notified of the return.
